Effective Date: July 21, 2026

This Memberships, Community & Platform Standards Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all memberships, subscriptions, business services, community participation, and related offerings provided through Start Western Riding.

This Agreement should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By purchasing a membership, creating an account, participating in the community, submitting content, or using any membership benefits, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

PART I — GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. Purpose

Start Western Riding offers memberships and services designed to educate riders, connect riders with trusted equine businesses, and provide businesses with tools to grow responsibly.

Our memberships are intended to evolve over time as we improve the Platform, introduce new technology, and expand services.

Memberships provide access to features, resources, software, educational materials, and community experiences available at the time of your subscription.

2. Membership Types

The Platform currently offers memberships including, but not limited to:

HorsePower Listings™

Rider Memberships

Riding Guide™

As the Platform grows, additional memberships, subscription plans, products, services, or software offerings may be introduced.

Future offerings may include:

HorsePower Growth™
Premium Business Services
Annual Memberships
Family Memberships
Business Software
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Marketplace Services
Online Courses
Digital Products
Events
Retreats
Clinics
Booking Services
Additional memberships and subscription offerings

Not every membership includes access to every feature or service.

3. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits vary depending on the specific membership you purchase.

Benefits may include access to:

Educational resources
Business profiles
Lead inquiries
Artificial intelligence tools
Analytics
Community experiences
Live events
Question and answer sessions
Software tools
Discounts
Exclusive content
Future Platform features

Membership benefits are personal to the member or business account and may not be shared unless specifically permitted.

Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

4. Membership Eligibility

To purchase or maintain a membership, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
Provide accurate account information.
Maintain a valid payment method.
Comply with all Platform policies.
Use the Platform lawfully.

Business memberships may only be purchased by individuals authorized to act on behalf of the business.

5. Billing

Membership fees are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the membership selected.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize Start Western Riding or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for:

Membership fees
Applicable taxes
Authorized upgrades
Other approved charges associated with your membership

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

If payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate membership benefits until payment has been successfully received.

6. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges until your membership is canceled in accordance with this Agreement.

Renewal charges will be processed using your payment method on file.

Renewal dates are based on the original purchase date unless otherwise communicated.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, we may:

Retry the payment.
Notify you of the failed payment.
Temporarily suspend membership benefits.
Restrict access to premium features.
Terminate the membership if payment remains unpaid.

Outstanding balances remain your responsibility.

8. Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account settings or by contacting Start Western Riding.

To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be received at least seven (7) calendar days before the next scheduled renewal date.

Cancellation requests received fewer than seven (7) calendar days before renewal may not take effect until after the upcoming billing cycle.

Membership benefits remain available through the end of the paid billing period unless your membership is suspended or terminated for violation of this Agreement.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid membership.

9. Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Monthly memberships
Annual memberships
Promotional pricing
Discounted memberships
Membership upgrades
Membership renewals
Failure to use membership benefits
Forgetting to cancel before renewal
Suspension or termination resulting from violations of Platform policies

Partial billing periods are not prorated.

Exceptions may be made only where required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Start Western Riding.

10. Price Changes

Membership pricing may change from time to time.

If pricing changes affect your membership, we will provide reasonable notice before the new pricing becomes effective.

Your continued membership after the effective date of the pricing change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Promotional pricing is temporary and may expire according to the terms of the promotion.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate memberships for reasons including:

Non-payment
Fraud
Chargebacks
Abuse of the Platform
Violation of Platform policies
Illegal activity
Harassment
Submission of false information
Attempts to manipulate the Platform
Any activity that creates risk for Start Western Riding or its users

Membership fees paid before suspension or termination remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

12. Membership Transferability

Memberships are issued to the specific individual or business account that purchased them.

Memberships may not be sold, assigned, transferred, sublicensed, or otherwise shared without the prior written approval of Start Western Riding.

If ownership of a business changes, Start Western Riding may require verification before transferring administrative access or membership benefits to the new owner.

13. Platform Evolution

Start Western Riding is an evolving technology platform. We continually improve our products, memberships, software, services, artificial intelligence tools, educational resources, and community experiences.

From time to time, we may:

Introduce new features or benefits.
Improve existing functionality.
Modify or replace Platform features.
Retire features that are no longer practical or effective.
Rename memberships or services.
Combine or separate membership offerings.
Introduce new pricing options or service tiers.
Expand into new products, services, events, software, or marketplace experiences.

While we strive to provide notice of significant changes whenever practical, we reserve the right to modify the Platform and membership benefits at any time.

No specific feature, technology, software tool, benefit, or service is guaranteed to remain available for any particular period unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

PART II — BUSINESS MEMBERSHIP STANDARDS

14. HorsePower Listings™

HorsePower Listings™ is a subscription-based business membership designed to help equine businesses increase visibility, build trust, connect with riders, and grow their businesses through the Start Western Riding Platform.

Membership may include access to features such as:

Enhanced business profiles
Business photos and videos
Unlimited rider inquiries
Business contact forms
HorsePower Insights™
Basic customer relationship management (CRM) features
Artificial intelligence-powered tools
Educational opportunities
Contributor opportunities
Event promotion
Marketing resources
Future software features
Other membership benefits introduced over time

Available features may vary by membership level.

15. Business Responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate profile information.
Keeping contact information current.
Responding professionally to rider inquiries.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintaining any licenses, certifications, or insurance required for their operations.
Representing services honestly and accurately.
Treating riders respectfully.
Following all Platform Standards described in this Agreement.

Businesses remain solely responsible for the services they provide, including pricing, scheduling, instruction, facilities, horses, employees, contractors, and customer interactions.

Start Western Riding is not a party to transactions between riders and businesses.

16. Membership Benefits for Businesses

Business memberships provide access to Platform features available at the time of subscription.

Membership benefits may evolve as the Platform grows.

Benefits may be added, modified, replaced, or discontinued without creating any obligation to maintain a specific feature indefinitely.

We continually invest in improving the Platform and reserve the right to prioritize new technology, artificial intelligence capabilities, software tools, analytics, educational resources, and other improvements that enhance the overall member experience.

17. Future Business Products

As Start Western Riding grows, additional business products and services may be introduced.

These may include:

HorsePower Growth™
Advanced CRM functionality
Premium analytics
Marketing services
Booking software
Lead management tools
Business coaching
Advertising packages
Sponsorship opportunities
Marketplace services
Artificial intelligence business assistants
Enterprise solutions
Other future business offerings

Some products may require separate enrollment, pricing, or additional terms.

PART III — COMMUNITY STANDARDS

18. Our Community Philosophy

Start Western Riding exists to create a welcoming, trustworthy, and supportive community for riders, businesses, and equine professionals.

Whether you are taking your first riding lesson, operating a ranch, teaching clinics, writing educational content, or participating in discussions, we expect everyone to contribute positively to the community.

These standards apply to all users, including free users, paid members, businesses, contributors, event organizers, and future community features.

19. Respectful Conduct

We expect all members to:

Treat others with respect and professionalism.
Communicate honestly and constructively.
Encourage new riders and beginners.
Respect differing opinions and experiences.
Help create a welcoming environment.
Follow all applicable laws.
Respect the safety and well-being of both people and horses.

20. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on the Platform:

Harassment or bullying.
Hate speech or discrimination.
Threats or intimidation.
Obscene or pornographic content.
Violent or graphic content.
Illegal activity.
Fraud or deceptive practices.
Spam or repetitive promotional content.
Impersonating another person or business.
Uploading malicious software or viruses.
Publishing another person’s private information without permission.
Copyright or trademark infringement.
Using fake identities.
AI-generated spam or low-quality mass-produced content.
Encouraging unsafe riding practices.
Conduct that negatively impacts the integrity of the Platform.

We reserve the right to determine whether conduct violates these standards.

21. Community Participation

Users are encouraged to:

Ask thoughtful questions.
Share helpful experiences.
Celebrate others.
Offer constructive feedback.
Report inaccurate information.
Help improve the quality of the Platform.

Community participation should contribute positively to western riding and the equine industry.

22. Moderation

Start Western Riding may, but is not obligated to:

Review content before publication.
Edit content for clarity, formatting, grammar, or length.
Remove content that violates these standards.
Remove duplicate content.
Remove outdated information.
Lock discussions.
Disable comments.
Suspend posting privileges.
Remove users from community features.

Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion.

PART IV — REVIEWS & RATINGS

23. Purpose of Reviews

Reviews help riders make informed decisions and help quality businesses build trust.

We encourage honest, respectful, and constructive reviews based on actual experiences.

24. Review Standards

Reviews should:

Reflect your own experience.
Be truthful and accurate.
Focus on relevant details.
Be respectful.
Avoid exaggeration or misleading statements.
Comply with all Platform Standards.

25. Prohibited Reviews

Reviews may not:

Be written by someone who has not had a genuine experience.
Be posted on behalf of another person.
Be exchanged for payment or incentives without proper disclosure.
Be posted by competitors for the purpose of harming another business.
Contain false or misleading information.
Include threats, harassment, or profanity.
Reveal private or confidential information.
Include defamatory statements.
Promote unrelated businesses or services.

26. Review Moderation

Start Western Riding reserves the right to:

Remove reviews.
Decline to publish reviews.
Edit formatting or grammar without changing the intended meaning.
Investigate suspicious review activity.
Request additional information from reviewers.
Suspend review privileges.

Removal of a review does not necessarily imply that the underlying business acted improperly.

Likewise, publication of a review does not mean Start Western Riding endorses its contents.

PART V — CONTRIBUTORS

27. Becoming a Contributor

Businesses, equine professionals, educators, veterinarians, farriers, trainers, saddle fitters, retailers, photographers, writers, and other qualified individuals may be invited or approved to contribute educational content to the Platform.

Submission of content does not guarantee publication.

28. Editorial Standards

Contributor content should:

Be accurate.
Be educational.
Be original or properly licensed.
Be written in clear language.
Reflect current best practices where appropriate.
Support riders and the western riding community.

Content should not be written solely for advertising or search engine manipulation.

29. Editorial Rights

Start Western Riding reserves the right to:

Edit content for grammar, formatting, readability, style, or consistency.
Add headings, images, links, or formatting.
Improve search engine optimization.
Improve accessibility.
Improve readability.
Update outdated information.
Shorten or expand content.
Remove or replace content.

These editorial changes do not create ownership rights for contributors.

30. Artificial Intelligence and Editing

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with:

Editing.
Formatting.
Grammar.
Readability.
Search optimization.
Content recommendations.
Content organization.
Translation.
Accessibility improvements.

Human review may also occur before publication.

31. Contributor License

Contributors retain ownership of their original work.

However, by submitting content, contributors grant Start Western Riding a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

Publish.
Display.
Edit.
Reformat.
Translate.
Republish.
Promote.
Archive.
Create derivative works.
Use the content for marketing, education, artificial intelligence improvement, and Platform operations.

This license survives termination of a contributor relationship.

32. Attribution

Where practical, contributors may receive:

Author attribution.
Business attribution.
Links to approved business profiles.
Professional biographies.

Start Western Riding reserves the right to determine the format and placement of contributor attribution.

PART VI — TRUST & VERIFICATION

33. Building Trust

One of our goals is to help riders identify businesses that are active, engaged, and committed to providing quality experiences.

To support this goal, Start Western Riding may use various badges, labels, and designations throughout the Platform.

These designations are intended to provide additional context and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

34. Badge Definitions

From time to time, the Platform may include badges or labels such as:

Claimed — the business has claimed and manages its listing.

Verified — the business has completed one or more verification steps determined by Start Western Riding. Verification does not guarantee quality, safety, licensing, or customer satisfaction.

Featured — the business receives enhanced visibility through editorial selection, membership benefits, sponsorship, promotional campaigns, or other Platform initiatives. Featured placement does not imply endorsement.

Sponsor — the business participates in a paid sponsorship or advertising relationship. Sponsored content will be identified where appropriate.

Partner — the business collaborates with Start Western Riding through educational initiatives, events, strategic relationships, or other approved partnerships.

Future designations — additional badges, certifications, or trust indicators may be introduced as the Platform evolves.

35. No Endorsement

A badge, listing, verification status, contributor profile, featured placement, sponsorship, partnership, membership, review, or educational article should not be interpreted as:

A guarantee of quality.
A guarantee of safety.
A recommendation.
Professional certification.
Legal compliance.
Veterinary approval.
Financial endorsement.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own research before selecting any business or participating in any activity.

PART VII — BUSINESS LISTING STANDARDS

36. Listing Accuracy

Businesses are responsible for maintaining accurate and current information, including:

Business name.
Contact information.
Website.
Services offered.
Pricing, where displayed.
Hours of operation.
Service areas.
Photos.
Certifications.
Licenses, where applicable.

37. Professional Expectations

Businesses listed on the Platform are expected to:

Operate honestly.
Communicate professionally.
Treat riders respectfully.
Represent services accurately.
Maintain appropriate insurance and licensing where required.
Follow applicable laws.
Support humane treatment of horses.
Conduct business in a manner consistent with the values of the western riding community.

38. Grounds for Removal

Start Western Riding may suspend, remove, or restrict listings for reasons including:

Fraud.
Misrepresentation.
Repeated false information.
Unsafe business practices.
Illegal activity.
Repeated violations of Platform Standards.
Harassment of riders or other businesses.
Repeated verified complaints.
Copyright infringement.
Animal welfare concerns.
Spam or deceptive marketing.
Abuse of Platform features.
Failure to maintain required licenses where applicable.

Listing removal decisions are made at the sole discretion of Start Western Riding.

39. Right to Review Listings

Start Western Riding may periodically review business listings for quality, completeness, and compliance with Platform Standards.

Businesses may be asked to update or verify information to maintain listing accuracy.

Failure to respond to reasonable verification requests may result in reduced visibility, removal of verification badges, suspension of premium benefits, or removal from the Platform.

PART X — ANIMAL WELFARE STANDARDS

40. Our Commitment to Horses

Start Western Riding was created to help more people discover the joy of western riding while promoting responsible horsemanship and the humane treatment of horses.

We believe the long-term health of the western riding community depends on respecting the physical and emotional well-being of horses.

Although we are not a regulatory agency and do not inspect every horse, facility, instructor, or business listed on the Platform, we expect businesses participating in the Platform to share these values.

41. Humane Treatment

Businesses, instructors, trainers, boarding facilities, event organizers, and other equine professionals are expected to operate in a manner that reflects responsible horsemanship and appropriate care for horses.

Examples include:

Providing appropriate nutrition and clean water.
Maintaining safe facilities.
Providing appropriate veterinary care.
Using humane handling methods.
Providing appropriate rest and recovery.
Maintaining equipment in safe working condition.
Prioritizing the health and well-being of horses over business objectives.

These examples are intended to reflect our values and are not intended to create veterinary, legal, or regulatory standards.

42. Animal Welfare Concerns

Users may report concerns regarding the treatment of horses associated with businesses listed on the Platform.

Start Western Riding may review reports, request additional information, or communicate with the business involved.

We are not responsible for investigating every report or resolving disputes regarding animal welfare.

43. Right to Remove Listings

To help maintain trust within the Platform, Start Western Riding reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove, or decline to list businesses that we reasonably believe have engaged in conduct inconsistent with our values regarding:

Animal abuse.
Animal neglect.
Unsafe conditions.
Repeated credible welfare concerns.
Illegal treatment of animals.
Conduct that may damage the integrity of the Platform.

Listing decisions are made at the sole discretion of Start Western Riding.

Removal from the Platform should not be interpreted as a legal determination or finding of wrongdoing.

PART XI — SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

44. Horseback Riding Involves Inherent Risk

Horseback riding and other equine activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

Even experienced horses and instructors cannot guarantee a risk-free experience.

Risks may include:

Falls.
Kicks.
Bites.
Being stepped on.
Equipment failure.
Unpredictable horse behavior.
Trail hazards.
Weather conditions.
Interaction with wildlife.
Transportation risks.
Serious injury.
Permanent disability.
Death.

Every rider assumes personal responsibility for deciding whether to participate in equine activities.

45. Independent Businesses

Businesses listed on Start Western Riding operate independently.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Start Western Riding:

Does not own or operate riding facilities.
Does not employ instructors.
Does not own listed horses.
Does not supervise lessons.
Does not supervise trail rides.
Does not supervise events.
Does not supervise clinics.
Does not supervise boarding operations.

Each business is solely responsible for its own services, employees, horses, facilities, policies, pricing, and customer interactions.

46. Your Responsibility

Before participating in any activity, users should independently evaluate whether the experience is appropriate for their skill level, health, experience, and personal circumstances.

We encourage riders to:

Ask questions.
Wear appropriate safety equipment.
Follow instructor guidance.
Review business policies.
Understand cancellation policies.
Consider weather conditions.
Seek medical advice if they have health concerns.
Supervise minors appropriately.

47. No Guarantee of Safety

Although Start Western Riding works to connect riders with quality businesses, we cannot guarantee:

The safety of any activity.
The qualifications of every instructor.
The temperament of any horse.
The condition of any facility.
The quality of equipment.
The outcome of any lesson or event.

Users participate at their own discretion and assume responsibility for their decisions.

48. Emergency Situations

Users are responsible for making appropriate decisions regarding emergencies, injuries, medical treatment, weather conditions, and personal safety.

Start Western Riding is not responsible for coordinating emergency response services or providing emergency assistance.

PART XII — MARKETPLACE FAIRNESS

49. Our Commitment to a Fair Marketplace

Start Western Riding exists to create a trusted marketplace where riders can confidently discover businesses and businesses can compete fairly based on the quality of their services.

Any attempt to manipulate the Platform undermines that trust and may result in suspension or removal.

50. Prohibited Marketplace Practices

Users and businesses may not engage in practices intended to manipulate the Platform, including:

Creating fake accounts.
Creating fake businesses.
Posting fake inquiries.
Generating artificial leads.
Purchasing or selling reviews.
Offering incentives for positive reviews without appropriate disclosure.
Review exchanges.
Competitor sabotage.
False reporting of competitors.
Vote manipulation.
Click manipulation.
Artificial engagement.
Creating duplicate listings.
Keyword stuffing.
Hidden text.
Misleading business names.
Misrepresenting services.
False claims of certifications, awards, or partnerships.
Creating misleading events or promotions.

51. Fair Competition

Businesses should compete based on the quality of their services, customer experience, professionalism, and reputation.

Businesses may not intentionally interfere with another business’s presence on the Platform.

Examples include:

Posting false reviews.
Harassing competitors.
Impersonating competitors.
Attempting to damage another business’s reputation.
Submitting fraudulent complaints.

52. Search Integrity

Start Western Riding determines search rankings, recommendations, featured placements, and other visibility factors using proprietary methods.

No user or business has the right to manipulate, influence, or interfere with these systems.

We reserve the right to modify search algorithms, recommendation systems, and ranking methodologies at any time.

53. Reporting Marketplace Abuse

Users are encouraged to report suspected fraud, manipulation, fake reviews, fake businesses, or other conduct that may compromise the integrity of the Platform.

Start Western Riding may investigate reported concerns but is not obligated to take action in every instance.

PART XIII — DATA INTEGRITY & PLATFORM PROTECTION

54. Protecting the Platform

The Platform represents a substantial investment in technology, research, editorial work, artificial intelligence, business relationships, and directory development.

Users agree not to misuse Platform data or technology.

55. Directory Protection

Without prior written permission, users and businesses may not:

Copy or reproduce the directory.
Download substantial portions of listings.
Republish business profiles.
Mirror the Platform.
Build competing directories using Platform content.
Systematically collect listing information.
Circumvent access controls.
Create derivative databases from Platform content.

56. Rider Information

Users and businesses may not use the Platform to:

Harvest rider information.
Collect email addresses.
Collect telephone numbers.
Export rider information.
Create marketing databases.
Sell rider information.
Contact riders outside the intended purpose of Platform interactions.

Businesses may use rider information only for responding to legitimate inquiries, bookings, or other interactions initiated through the Platform, and only in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

57. Artificial Intelligence and Data Use

Without our prior written permission, users and businesses may not use Platform content, directory information, articles, reviews, photographs, business profiles, or other Platform materials to:

Train artificial intelligence models.
Develop machine learning systems.
Build large language models.
Generate competing datasets.
Create automated recommendation systems.
Develop competing products or services.

This restriction applies whether the data is collected manually or through automated means.

58. Automated Access

Users may not use bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, automated scripts, or similar technologies to access or collect information from the Platform unless expressly authorized in writing by Start Western Riding.

Reasonable search engine indexing by recognized search engines is permitted unless otherwise restricted.

59. Proprietary Systems

The following are proprietary assets of Start Western Riding and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or exploited without permission:

Directory organization.
Business categorization.
Search functionality.
Recommendation systems.
Matching methodologies.
HorsePower Insights™.
Find Your Riding Path™.
Artificial intelligence systems.
Business intelligence tools.
Data models.
Ranking methodologies.
Analytics systems.
Editorial organization.
Platform software.
Platform design and user experience.

60. Cooperation with Investigations

Users agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations regarding suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of this Agreement.

Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.

PART XIV — BUSINESS LISTINGS, PROFILE OWNERSHIP & LEAD EXPECTATIONS

61. Purpose of Business Listings

Business listings are intended to help riders discover equine businesses and help businesses connect with prospective customers through education, trust, and meaningful introductions.

Listings may be created by Start Western Riding, claimed by businesses, or submitted directly by businesses.

62. Directory Ownership

The Start Western Riding directory, including its organization, structure, categorization, design, search functionality, business classifications, editorial enhancements, photographs added by Start Western Riding, descriptions created by Start Western Riding, recommendation systems, and related data, is owned by High West Legacy Project LLC.

A business’s participation in the Platform does not create ownership rights in the directory itself.

63. Business Content Ownership

Businesses retain ownership of original content they submit, including:

Business descriptions
Logos
Photographs
Videos
Marketing materials
Educational content
Event information
Other original materials

By submitting content, businesses grant Start Western Riding a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

Display
Publish
Edit
Format
Translate
Promote
Archive
Republish
Create derivative works
Use the content for marketing, education, artificial intelligence improvement, analytics, and Platform operations

This license survives cancellation of a membership or removal of a listing.

64. Claimed and Unclaimed Listings

Start Western Riding may create listings using publicly available information to improve the usefulness of the directory.

Businesses may have the opportunity to claim and manage their listing.

Claiming a listing does not transfer ownership of the directory or the Platform.

65. Membership Cancellation and Listings

If a business membership is canceled or expires:

The public business listing may remain visible.
Basic business information may continue to appear in the directory.
Reviews may remain published.
Educational articles may remain published.
Contributor content may remain published.
Premium features may be removed.
Premium placement may end.
Membership-only tools may no longer be available.

This helps preserve the integrity and usefulness of the directory for riders.

One of the primary purposes of Start Western Riding is connecting riders with businesses.

When a rider chooses to request information, submit an inquiry, request a lesson, ask to be matched, register for an event, request pricing, contact a business, or participate in future booking services, the rider authorizes Start Western Riding to share the information provided with one or more businesses that may be able to assist.

Businesses may contact riders using the information voluntarily submitted by the rider in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

67. Lead Expectations

Start Western Riding makes introductions between riders and businesses.

We do not guarantee:

Any minimum number of leads
Lead quality
Lead responsiveness
Bookings
Sales
Revenue
Search rankings
Return on investment
Customer retention
Business growth
Exclusivity within any geographic area or category

Business success depends on many factors beyond the Platform, including pricing, responsiveness, customer service, reputation, competition, availability, and market conditions.

68. Artificial Intelligence and Recommendations

Recommendations generated by Start Western Riding may be influenced by many factors, including:

Rider preferences
Quiz responses
Geographic location
Search behavior
Business profile completeness
Reviews
Availability of information
Platform activity
Artificial intelligence systems
Editorial judgment

Recommendation placement should not be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee of quality.

PART XV — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE COMMUNITY

69. Platform Ownership

The Platform and its contents are protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Trademarks
Service marks
Software
Website design
Graphics
Educational resources
Databases
Articles
Videos
Photography
Artificial intelligence systems

Recommendation systems
Business intelligence
Editorial organization
User interface
Platform functionality

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

70. Community Content License

Users retain ownership of content they create.

By posting or submitting content to the Platform, users grant Start Western Riding a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, display, publish, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, archive, promote, create derivative works, improve artificial intelligence systems, improve Platform functionality, and market the Platform.

This license survives deletion of an account to the extent reasonably necessary for Platform operations, legal compliance, archived content, or previously published materials.

71. Respecting Intellectual Property

Users may not upload or submit content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, right of publicity, or other proprietary rights.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to all content they submit.

72. Requests to Remove Content

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to investigate your request.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content while we evaluate claims.

PART XVI — ENFORCEMENT

73. Our Right to Enforce

To maintain a safe, trustworthy, and valuable Platform, Start Western Riding reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Agreement and take appropriate action.

We may act with or without prior notice when we reasonably believe action is necessary to protect users, businesses, horses, or the Platform.

74. Possible Enforcement Actions

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

Issue warnings.
Request corrections.
Remove content.
Remove reviews.
Remove contributor articles.
Remove business listings.
Suspend accounts.
Suspend memberships.
Restrict Platform features.
Remove verification badges.
Remove featured status.
Terminate memberships.
Permanently ban users or businesses.
Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
Pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.

Our enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion.

75. Investigations

We may investigate reports from riders, businesses, contributors, community members, government agencies, law enforcement, industry organizations, and internal monitoring systems.

Users agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations relating to Platform misuse or violations of this Agreement.

76. No Obligation to Monitor

Although we reserve broad moderation and enforcement rights, Start Western Riding is not obligated to monitor every listing, review, article, comment, message, event, photograph, or interaction occurring on the Platform.

Failure to take action in one situation does not waive our right to act in future situations.

PART XVII — CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

77. Updates

As Start Western Riding grows, we may update this Agreement to reflect:

New memberships
New Platform features
Changes in technology
Artificial intelligence developments
Marketplace improvements
Legal requirements
Business practices
Community feedback

When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may provide additional notice through the Platform or by email where appropriate.

Continued participation in the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
